xLamb Mint Marinade Seasoning
This mint marinade was inspired by a visit to an old morrocan eatery in the middle east. With fragrant top flavours of mint and rosemary, balanced by warm spices and a touch of lime, this spice blend brings out the best in lambs and most other red meats. It's great for even-ing out those strong meaty tones and we can assure that your kitchen will smell delightful while the meats are cooking!
This blend is also very low on chillies and peppers, making it great for kids and adults who don't like spicy food but still want to try some new flavours.
Our Lamb Mint Marinade already contains a pinch of salt and sugar. We suggest to taste test first before topping off with more.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Fennel, Lime, Mint, Pepper, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme
Usage: The ideal marinade for cooking lamb and also most other red meats. Mix with olive oil, rub into your meat, wrap tightly , and store in the fridge for minimum 2 hours. Then cook in the oven or grill. This blend also works great in kebabs.
Please note that our ingredients are 100% natural and processed using traditional methods. As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
